Industrial duo “Street Sects” recently announced the release of their upcoming album The Kicking Mule, which drops October 26th. Following the album’s first single “In For a World of Hurt” the band have shared yet another track off the album titled “Still Between Lovers,” and it is visceral, abrasive, and emotional, everything we love about the band. Detroit “Electronic” duo “ADULT.” are set to release their new album This Behavior tomorrow, and while we wait the band have given us another taste of the album with a new track off the album titled “Violent Shakes,” as well as a music video to accompany it. Releasing a myriad of EP’s and singles, and one full length album, “Street Sects” have quickly forced their way to the forefront of modern “Industrial” music with their abrasive and chaotic style, and now the band have announced that they will release their second full length LP The Kicking Mule on October 26th. Nine Inch Nails are set to release their new album Bad Witch on June 22nd, and they have released a new track from the upcoming album titled “God Break Down the Door.” This track is the closest thing to Bowie they have released. With it’s saxy goodness and vocals unlike anything Reznor has done before, the Blackstar influence is very clear. You can listen to the track below:
Nine Inch Nails will conclude their E.P. trilogy with Bad Witch. It will be released on June 22nd, and unlike their previous releases Not The Actual Events and Add Violence, this release will be an album. Bad Witch consists of six tracks, so one can’t help but get confused as to why it was announced as an album, but we’ll just have to find out come June 22nd.
